PIANO BENCH PROJECT

 

During last visit Tamara Kordzadze (President of Association Vivace) found out that in Georgia's music schools were in bad shape. The music halls where regular concerts are performed were not equipped with standard piano chairs or benches. Children and young pianists used to have plain, very uncomfortable wooden chairs with no padding or possibility for adjustments. For this reason, Tamara Kordzadze organized the donation of piano chairs and benches purchased in Switzerland with the funds donated to charity concerts, and transported them to seven music schools and museums in Georgia.
